Seeing how relatively simple it is to improve processes which have a large impact on the end result, I really want to help change things for the better. Having both been on the Purchasing and the Sales side of spare parts, I know where to make improvements in order to save money. Most of the time it is a matter of understanding the other part and fully understand the impact of the decisions made. Being better at understanding them automatically improves the work performed.
